The Council

A place for holders of the Siaynoq Seal (the Dar es Balat Storehouse collection, $300; the Seal lets you mint Spice, access Melange, get rebates and enter the Dar-es-Balat Storehouse (a feature of the Junction wallet, where Other-Memory is stored and sealed)) to bring proposals and vote on them, as the Landsraad once met. It is being designed now and is not open yet.

• One vote per Siaynoq Seal.
• A majority of the votes cast decides; there is no quorum.
• Any Siaynoq Seal holder may make a proposal.
