Spice: Terms
Version 2026.10.17.36 · Effective: These terms take effect on the day Spice launches on mainnet. Issuer: Sajan Melcher, doing business as The Spice Melange ("we", "the desk") · Holder: you Replaces: Spice Terms 2026.10.16.5 for everything. Retires the Spice Certificates Terms 2026.10.10.4 (v4) and the 8% Spice Certificate product (see "Former Spice Certificates").
The spice must flow, but no one is promised water in the deep desert. Read this first.
1. Not live yet
- Spice is not on sale yet. Minting, resale, redemption and accrual for new rations start only when our Spice contracts and ledger jobs are live on Sui mainnet and have passed our own testing. We will say on our site when sales open.
- Until then, nothing in these terms is in force, and no one can buy, sell or redeem a ration.
- Bitcoin payouts are not live even after launch. They begin only when Hashi hBTC launches on Sui and our payout feature is built (see section 7). Until then, every ration auto-compounds.
2. The short version
- Spice is a $100 ration that accrues at a fixed 17% APR (0.17 ÷ 365 a day), in bitcoin terms. Payouts are not guaranteed and can be late, reduced or missed. A missed day is not owed later.
- Nothing is paid out before hBTC launches. Until then your accrual is a balance in our ledger only.
- You can sell or give away your ration. When it changes hands, everything accrued and unpaid on it is forfeited to our treasury, and the new holder starts from zero.
- For a Spice ration, the only way to get money back from us is redemption: you redeem the ration yourself on-chain for a flat $61.80 in USDC (61.8% of the $100 principal), with no cap. The ration is burned and you forfeit what it accrued and has not been paid (section 10).
- Payouts may be funded in part by money from new Spice purchases. That is a serious risk (section 15).
- We are proceeding without a securities lawyer. No lawyer has reviewed this product or these terms. Sajan Melcher accepts that risk. You should understand it too.
- A Spice ration is not equity and carries no ownership. It earns a fixed 17% APR (the rate is fixed; payment is not guaranteed). Only the Storehouse key is equity.
- The Storehouse key may be a security. A Storehouse key is equity in the Spice Melange trading desk. It grants four rights: shared ownership, voting rights, Spice minting rights, and access to Other Memory. It also carries a claim on the treasury (section 3). It has not been registered, and no outside counsel has reviewed it. Sajan has chosen to proceed without a securities lawyer; we have been advised to get one before any outside key sale.
- Not a bank deposit, not insured, not registered with any regulator. You are an unsecured creditor. You can lose some or all of your money.
- Fees: buyers pay 6% on top when buying Spice on our marketplace (2% on any other collection). No other desk fees.
- All sales are final, except where the law requires otherwise.
- This is education about real-world assets on the blockchain, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and not a promise of any return.
3. What Spice is
- Spice is our one ration product. There is no separate 8% Spice Certificate any more; everything is Spice at 17%, sold as rations.
- One ration = one token on Sui, with a flat $100 principal. Accrual is always counted on $100 per ration, whatever anyone actually paid or receives for it on the market (more or less than $100).
- A Spice ration is not equity and carries no ownership. It earns a fixed 17% APR (the rate is fixed; payment is not guaranteed). Only the Storehouse key is equity.
- A ration is a credit, not ownership. A Spice ration is our unsecured promise, recorded on Sui and in our hash-chained master ledger. Holding a ration gives you none of our assets, accounts, BTC or STRC, and a ration carries no vote and no share of profits.
- The Storehouse key is different. A Storehouse key is equity in the Spice Melange trading desk. It grants four rights: shared ownership, voting rights, Spice minting rights, and access to Other Memory. A ration is not a key. The key's rights are set out in the License for The Dar es Balat Storehouse collection:
- Shared ownership: one equal share per key in the trading desk (two keys, two shares), not weighted by how much Spice anyone holds. It also carries a claim on the capital held in the treasury and a claim on distributions. The treasury claim cannot be cashed out directly, and a key cannot be sold; burning the key is the only exit. Key cash-out opens with a contract update; until then, keys cannot be burned. A holder may burn their key for an equal share of the treasury. The key is burned through the desk's burn process when the holder makes the request; from then it has no vote and no other rights, and the holder is recorded in the desk's master ledger to be paid. The share is the treasury's value on the payout day (including its bitcoin at that day's logged price from a public price source anyone can check), after Spice obligations are covered first (accrued 17% interest and the uncapped $61.80 buybacks), divided by the number of keys outstanding, with each key counted once, including the burned key, which still counts until it is paid. Payment is made in USDC within 30 days of the request, subject to the monthly cap, to the wallet on file that bought the key, or to a different wallet the holder names in the burn request and proves they own by signing a message from that wallet (naming it alone is not enough). Only the holder can redirect the payout. A key that cannot be signed for cannot be burned, so losing the wallet that holds the key means it cannot be burned (see the License). Key cash-outs are capped at 10% of the treasury each month; a payout delayed by the cap is valued on the day it is actually paid. Burning the key ends all of its rights, including ownership, voting, distributions, minting and access to Other Memory (see the License). Spice rations are separate: they can be cashed out through the flat $61.80 buyback (section 10). Distributions currently come through the fixed 17% APR on the Spice each holder holds, not through the share. The rate is fixed, but payment is not guaranteed (section 15), and the 17% is not a promise of any return on the key or the share. Anyone who holds a ration earns its accrual with or without a key. Today the key's distribution claim adds nothing beyond Spice; the council of key holders may vote to add new distributions later, and none is promised (see the License, section 1, "A claim on distributions").
- Voting rights: the council is every key holder. Each key registers one vote (two keys, two votes), and Spice holdings give no extra say. A change passes by a majority of the votes cast, with no quorum, and any key holder may make a proposal (see the License, section 1, "Voting rights"). A ration carries no vote.
- Spice minting rights: see section 4. "The printer" is our name for the right to mint Spice, which then earns interest paid in hBTC (bitcoin on Sui); it is not a separate right.
- Access to Other Memory: the Storehouse's records, archives and data, once your key is verified (see the License).
- "The trading desk" means The Spice Melange trading desk on Sui only (its treasury bitcoin, STRC, the Spice Pool, the redemption vault and the marketplace), not Sajan Melcher's personal accounts or finances. For the other key terms, see the License. Storehouse keys are non-transferable: there is no marketplace resale of keys (see the License). A key that carries equity (shared ownership, voting rights and a claim on the treasury) may be a security; it has not been registered, and no outside counsel has reviewed it. Sajan has chosen to proceed without a securities lawyer; we have been advised to get one before any outside key sale.
- Rations are transferable. You can sell them on the Spice Melange marketplace or move them to another wallet. See section 9 for what that does to your accrual.
4. Who can mint, buy and sell
- Mint (buy new rations from us): only holders of the key to the Dar es Balat Storehouse: The Dar es Balat Storehouse collection ($300), first sold as The Dune Saga Collection and then as The Secret Journals, including the earlier Full Desk license, which counts as that collection. Minting is $100 per ration with no fee, and there is no cap on how many rations exist or how many one holder may mint.
- Buy on resale: anyone can buy a ration on the Spice Melange marketplace. Every buyer, including Storehouse key holders, pays the 6% Spice royalty on top of the price (section 9). Key holders' benefit on Spice is minting: they can mint Spice as much as they want at $100, with no 6% royalty.
- Holding the ration is what earns. Interest is credited to whoever holds the ration at the daily mark, with or without a Storehouse key. The key is needed only to mint.
- Storehouse keys are non-transferable. If you no longer hold a key (for example, if you burn it for your share of the treasury once the contract update ships), you lose the right to mint. Rations you already hold keep earning, and everything already credited to them stays theirs. (Moving or selling the ration itself is different: see section 9.)
- List for sale: anyone who holds a ration, with or without a Storehouse key, can list it for resale at the price they set. Only Storehouse key holders can mint. You can also exit by redemption (section 10).
- You must be an adult, able to agree to these terms, and buying must be legal where you live. We screen buyers against sanctions lists where the venue allows. We do not require full identity (KYC) checks.
5. Price and paying
- $100 per newly minted ration, paid in USDC on Sui through the Spice contract, from the wallet that holds your Storehouse key. You may mint several rations at once; each is its own $100 ration and accrues on its own.
- Payments sent the wrong way (wrong amount, from an exchange, or from a wallet without a Storehouse key) get no ration. We refund them by hand, which can take time.
- You pay the Sui gas for your own transactions.
- Minting never stops on its own. We do not pause new sales because our coverage is low; low coverage raises a warning to us, not a stop. We may still pause sales for a security or integrity problem.
6. How Spice accrues: a fixed 17% APR, one daily rate for both modes
- Rate: a fixed 17% APR. Every day each ration earns 0.000465753 (17% ÷ 365) in both modes.
- Daily payout: simple interest on the $100 principal, about $0.0466 a day, $17.00 a year per $100, paid out.
- Auto-compound (the default): unpaid sats are added to the balance each day and earn the same 0.000465753 daily rate. That works out to about 18.5% a year effective (18.53%) if left to compound for a full year.
- Principal: a flat $100 per ration, always.
- When it starts: each ration starts accruing from its mint date. The program's accrual clock starts 2026-10-17; no ration accrues for any day before that. The first day credited to you is the first daily mark at which you hold the ration.
- Daily mark: 06:00 Pacific Time. Each day at 06:00 PT, before the US market opens, we check who holds each ration on-chain and fix one BTC/USD price for that day. That day's dollar interest is turned into sats at that one price and credited in the master ledger. Everyone gets the same price. Exact fractions of a sat are credited each day. We round down to whole sats only when we pay you, so you lose less than one sat per payout, and any fraction carries over to your next payout.
- No token held, no accrual. If you don't hold the ration at the 06:00 PT mark, it earns nothing for that day.
- What compounding means here: while a ration auto-compounds, each day's interest is added to its balance and earns interest the next day. Example only: day one earns about $0.0466 on $100; after a full year of compounding, the credited interest is about $18.53.
- Credited balances. Accrued sats sit on your ration in our ledger. Before hBTC launches they cannot be withdrawn. They are forfeited if the ration is sold, transferred or redeemed before they are paid out.
- Missed days: if a day's accrual fails, we retry the same day only. Missed days are not backfilled.
7. Bitcoin payouts (hBTC): not live yet
- Today every ration auto-compounds. There are no withdrawals and no payouts until Hashi hBTC launches on Sui and our payout feature is built and tested. We cannot tell you when that will be.
- After hBTC launches, you choose the mode for each ration separately. Each ration still chooses its own mode, while the minimum-send check runs on your combined accrued total from the rations you have set to daily payout:
- Auto-compound (the default): keep compounding at 0.000465753 a day (about 18.5% a year effective).
- Daily payout: switching in pays out everything accrued, in hBTC, on the first day your total reaches hBTC's minimum send amount (see the next point), and after that a payout on each day your total reaches it. Daily-payout mode accrues at a true 17% a year on $100: daily rate 0.000465753 (0.17 ÷ 365), about $0.0466 a day, $17.00 a year, so choosing payouts never earns less than 17%. Paid-out sats do not compound.
- When a payout is made. Interest accrues per holder: it is totalled across all of your rations. A payout is made in hBTC on Sui on each day that your accrued total reaches hBTC's minimum send amount. Until then, your interest keeps accruing and carries forward to the next day. There is no separate desk minimum. Interest accrues every day from the start, in exact fractions of a sat, and is rounded down to whole sats only when it is paid (section 6). The rate is a fixed 17% APR; the rate is fixed, but payment is not guaranteed.
- The payout minimum can change. Payouts wait until your accrued interest reaches hBTC's current minimum send amount (its live conversion minimum). hBTC's own governance sets that minimum and can raise it, so we read it live from the chain at each payout; it is not fixed in these terms. Unpaid interest carries forward while the ration is held; it is still forfeited if the ration is sold, transferred or redeemed before it is paid (sections 9 and 10).
- 2% network-fee rule. A payout waits, and keeps accruing, while the network fee would be more than 2% of it, for up to 90 days. If the fee is still above 2% after 90 days, the payout keeps waiting. We never force a payout through.
- You may switch back to auto-compounding. A change takes effect at the next 06:00 PT mark, at most once per day per ration.
- Payouts go in hBTC to your Sui wallet. If you later turn hBTC into bitcoin through Hashi, Hashi's own minimums and fees apply; those are not ours.
8. Missed days and the payout streak
- Payouts are not guaranteed. The desk tries its best to credit and pay every day, but a day can still be late, reduced or missed (for example a system fault, a missing price, or an empty payout pool).
- A missed day is not owed later. Missed days are never backfilled. Separately, Sajan may choose to give a goodwill credit, case by case and approved by him each time; it is not a backfill of the missed day, no one is entitled to it, and we have no obligation to give it.
- We keep a public count of consecutive days credited on time. A missed day resets it. The streak is a record, not a promise.
- Every credit and payout is recorded and sealed in our ledger, and the record is posted daily at thespicemelange.org once live.
9. Selling and transferring rations: the Spice Melange marketplace
- Rations are transferable and resale is open. They trade on the one Spice Melange marketplace inside our trading desk on Sui, settled in USDC.
- The seller forfeits all accrued, unpaid interest on that ration. It goes to our treasury, which uses it to buy bitcoin. Sats already paid out to the seller are theirs to keep.
- The buyer starts from zero. The buyer accrues 17% on the same flat $100 from the first 06:00 PT mark they hold the ration, whatever price they paid. The ration returns to auto-compounding.
- The same forfeiture applies to any change of owner, including a gift or a move to another wallet.
- You see the full cost before you buy. The marketplace shows the buyer's total: the price, plus our fee, plus any creator royalty.
- Marketplace fees (two tiers, always paid by the buyer on top of the price; the seller keeps the full price):
- Spice: 6% royalty to our treasury. Every buyer pays it on resales, including holders of the key to the Dar es Balat Storehouse. Key holders pay no royalty when they mint Spice at $100, and they can mint as much as they want.
- Every other collection: 2% to our treasury. Third-party collections are admitted by allowlist only and must fit our real-world-asset or Dune theme. This includes our own desk-made collections other than Spice: 2%, paid by the buyer on top, plus any creator royalty. Holding a Storehouse key gives no discount on these.
- No other desk fees. Apart from these buyer fees, the desk charges nothing else: no mint fee, no listing fee, no seller fee, no redemption fee, no payout fee. Network gas is the blockchain's, not ours. A third-party collection's own creator royalty, if it sets one, is paid by the buyer in addition to our 2%. That royalty goes to the creator, not to us.
- Our contract can never charge more than 10%.
- Fees go to the desk's Sui wallet for the treasury. Sajan then moves each share to bitcoin, STRC and the Spice Pool by the phased split (section 11).
- Market prices are set by sellers and can be anything. A ration's redemption value (section 10) does not follow the market price.
10. Redemption: the only exit for a ration
- You redeem a ration yourself, on-chain, from the wallet that holds it, at any time after launch. Redemptions are open from launch. This works before hBTC and does not depend on it.
- What you get: a flat $61.80 in USDC per ration (61.8% of the $100 principal), paid to your Sui wallet from the Spice contract's on-chain redemption vault in the same transaction.
- What happens: the redeem transaction burns the ration, its accrual stops, everything accrued and unpaid on it is forfeited to the treasury, and the $61.80 is sent. Payouts already received are not clawed back.
- The buyback is a flat $61.80. Every ration redeems for exactly $61.80 USDC, however much it has paid out and whatever you paid for it. There is no cap and no lifetime-payout deduction, and the amount does not move with the market. You get back $61.80, not $100.
- If the vault is short of USDC, your redemption joins a first-come, first-served on-chain queue and is paid in full, in order, when the vault has enough; there are no partial payments. A queued ration has already stopped accruing. Anyone can process the queue, so payment does not wait for the desk. A rush of redemptions can empty the vault and make everyone wait.
- No one at the desk signs or approves your redemption; the contract pays it or queues it. We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.
- Pausing: we can pause redemptions (and minting) for a security problem. While redemptions are paused, the vault is locked: no one can withdraw from it, and you can't redeem or join the queue (section 15).
- For a ration, there is no other way to get money back from us: no 30-day notice, no "redeem anytime" at face value, no buyback at $100.
11. How your money is used
- Each $100 minted is split by the golden ratio:
- Until the reserve is built: $38.20 buys bitcoin for the treasury, about $38.19 buys STRC (a preferred stock), and about $23.61 goes to the on-chain redemption vault in USDC. We build the reserve first. The $23.61 share stops only when both (1) the redemption vault holds 3 times the average monthly total of buybacks paid over the last 3 calendar months (recalculated monthly) and (2) the Spice Pool covers 3 months of expenses plus 90 days of payouts.
- Restart: if either level later falls short, the $23.61 share starts again until both are met.
- After that: $38.20 buys bitcoin and $61.80 buys STRC.
- Sajan's own Spice earns the same rate. Rations Sajan buys accrue at the same fixed 17% APR, with the same accrual and payout rules, as everyone else's, with no special rate. The only difference is the one below: SC-0001 was not split.
- Every ration bought goes through the split, including Sajan's. The one exception is the first ration (SC-0001, section 16): before these rules, Sajan funded the treasury bitcoin, the liquidity pool and STRC himself, paying more than 100 USDC, and the ration was then issued to him without a further split.
- What funds accrual and payouts: STRC dividends; the marketplace fees; and money from Spice mints deposited in the Spice Pool. As a last resort, we may sell treasury bitcoin to cover a shortfall, with Sajan's approval each time. Storehouse key sale proceeds are not a funding source: they are kept out of the Spice Pool; part buys STRC and the rest buys bitcoin.
- This means payouts may be paid from new purchases, not only from earnings. See section 15.
- No leverage and no borrowing to pay accrual, payouts or redemptions. Spice money never repays any debt; Sajan's personal finances are separate from the desk.
12. Where the money is held
- Bitcoin treasury: a self-custody bitcoin wallet Sajan controls.
- USDC, fees and the Spice Pool: a self-custody Sui wallet Sajan controls.
- Redemption vault: held on-chain inside the Spice contract.
- STRC: a brokerage account, held separately from personal funds. Its balances and dividends are recorded in our ledger from Sajan's own reports; no one else checks them independently.
- Bitcoin purchases go from the desk's Sui wallet through an exchange to the bitcoin treasury.
- All of these are controlled by Sajan Melcher today; he operates and stewards the desk. The aim is to automate the desk so that he takes part as one key holder among many, overseeing and building the marketplace, while the rest of the organization runs as a decentralized network. This is a goal, not a promise. Funds are not in a trust or a separate account in your name, and nothing is set aside for you personally. Verified key holders can get the treasury addresses from the desk on request.
13. Fees at a glance
The only desk fees are buyer-paid marketplace fees: 6% on Spice, 2% on everything else. No other desk fees.
| What | Fee |
|---|---|
| Buying Spice on resale | 6% royalty on top of the price, paid by every buyer (key holders included) |
| Minting Spice (key holders only) | $100; no 6% royalty; no mint limit (you pay your own Sui network gas) |
| Buying from a third-party collection, or one of our non-Spice collections | 2% to us on top, plus that collection's own creator royalty (if any); key holders pay it too |
| Listing or selling | None (the seller keeps the full price) |
| Redemption | No fee. You receive a flat $61.80 per ration; that is the redemption value, not a charge |
| Payouts | No desk fee. A payout waits while the network fee would exceed 2% of it (section 7) |
| Anything else | No other desk fees |
14. Sealed records
- Mints, accrual, forfeits, sales, redemptions and payouts are written to our hash-chained master ledger. We plan to seal them with Seal, archive them on Walrus and anchor them on Sui; until that is live, what's on the public Sui and bitcoin blockchains is the public record.
- Sealed records prove what happened. They do not protect the value of bitcoin, STRC, Spice or anything else.
15. Risks — read every one
- No lawyer. We are going ahead without securities or legal counsel. No lawyer has reviewed whether Spice is a security or needs a license. Sajan Melcher has chosen to take that risk and full responsibility for it. A regulator could decide this needs registration or a license and force us to stop, change or unwind it, possibly at a loss to you.
- A ration is not equity. A Spice ration carries no ownership.
Shared ownership carries a claim on the capital held in the treasury (it cannot be cashed out directly, and keys cannot be sold; the only exit is burning the key (Key cash-out opens with a contract update; until then, keys cannot be burned) for an equal share of the treasury after Spice obligations, paid in USDC within 30 days of the request to the buying wallet or another wallet the holder proves they own; a key that cannot be signed for cannot be burned; subject to a 10% monthly cap; see section 3) and a claim on distributions. The council is every key holder. Each key carries one vote, and Spice holdings give no extra say. A majority of the votes cast decides; there is no quorum. It has not been registered with any regulator, and no outside counsel has reviewed it. Sajan has chosen to proceed without a securities lawyer; we have been advised to get one before any outside key sale. A regulator could force us to stop, change or unwind it. Paying key holders out of the treasury makes it more likely the key is treated as a security.
- Payouts may be funded from new purchases. Money from new Spice mints goes partly into the Spice Pool, and the Spice Pool funds accrual, payouts and redemptions. If new buying slows, payouts and redemptions can slow or stop. Products that pay earlier holders with later buyers' money can collapse.
- Payouts are not guaranteed. 17% APR is the fixed accrual rate, not a promise that anything will be paid, in full or on time. Missed days are not owed later.
- 17% is high. It is above STRC's recent dividend rate (about 12% a year). The gap is a bet that bitcoin grows faster than 17% a year. If it doesn't, the treasury shrinks.
- Unlimited issuance. There is no cap on rations. Every new ration adds to what we owe.
- Redemption is at a loss and can queue. Redemption pays a flat $61.80, not $100. If many holders redeem at once, the redemption vault can run dry and you may wait in the queue.
- No resale floor. Resale prices have no floor beyond the technical minimum. Anyone who buys a ration on resale at a price under about $58.30, so that the price plus the 6% fee is under $61.80, and then redeems it makes a profit, which drains the redemption vault for everyone else.
- Redemptions can be paused. We hold an admin key that can pause redemptions (and minting) at any time for security. While redemptions are paused, the vault is locked: no one can withdraw from it, and you can't redeem or join the queue.
- No outside audit. No outside auditor has audited our smart contracts, our treasury, the Spice Pool, the redemption vault or our ledger.
- Forfeiture. Selling, gifting, moving or redeeming a ration forfeits everything accrued and unpaid on it.
- No payouts yet. Bitcoin payouts depend on Hashi hBTC, which has not launched and may launch late, differently, or never.
- A long wait for small holders. A holder with few rations may wait a long time, possibly more than a year, before their first payout, and longer if hBTC's governance raises its minimum.
- Not live and not fully built. The mainnet contracts, marketplace and daily accrual jobs are still being built and tested. They can launch late, differ from these terms, or fail.
- Bitcoin. Your accrual is credited in sats. Bitcoin swings hard; your credited sats can lose value fast.
- STRC. Its price and dividend can fall or stop. Its issuer carries heavy bitcoin and debt exposure.
- Exchanges, wallets and hot keys. The brokerage, exchanges, Sui wallets and hBTC can freeze, fail, be hacked or go offline. Funds are held in wallets controlled by one person.
- One person. One person runs the desk with AI agents. Mistakes, outages or his absence can delay or stop payment, including redemption signatures.
- Other creditors. You are unsecured, and there may be less or nothing left for holders.
- Market. Resale prices can be anything; there may be no buyer when you want one.
- Tech. Bugs, price-feed errors, network outages, lost wallets or stolen keys can cause loss.
- Taxes. Accrual, payouts, sales and redemptions may be taxable, including on price changes. Taxes are yours.
- Only buy what you can afford to lose completely.
16. Former Spice Certificates
- The Spice Certificate (8%) product is retired. No Spice Certificates are sold. The earlier certificate contract stays paused, and its "redeem anytime" wording no longer applies to anything we offer.
- The one Spice Certificate issued (SC-0001) is held by the issuer, Sajan Melcher, and moves to Spice at 17%. The move is ledger-only: no new ration is minted under the current Spice contract, so the exemption in section 11 holds. The date will be announced.
17. Your data
- Public on the blockchain: your rations, the wallet that holds them, amounts, dates, sales, redemptions and payout transactions. On-chain records can't be deleted.
- Private, never published by us: your email and any messages or signed requests you send us. We use them only for your Spice and don't sell them.
- Privacy page: https://thespicemelange.org/privacy/. To ask about deletion: reserve@thespicemelange.org. We may need to keep sales and payout records.
18. Changes
We may change these terms for new sales. For rations already sold, we won't lower the $100 principal or the 17% rate without your agreement unless the law requires it. Payouts can still be late, reduced or missed as described above. Every version is dated and kept.
19. All sales final
All mints and purchases are final, except where the law requires otherwise. Your way out is resale (anyone who holds a ration can list it) or redemption.
20. Education, not advice
The Spice Melange teaches how real-world assets and yield work on the blockchain. Nothing here is financial, tax, legal or investment advice, and nothing here guarantees a return.
21. No Dune affiliation
The names are a nod to Frank Herbert's Dune novels. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by the Herbert estate, any publisher, or any film, TV or game studio.
22. Law and contact
