  1. 2026.10.10 (2026-10-10)

    Signed automatic upgrades: every pack pins the release key and verifies versions.json.sig; the token never goes in a URL.

    • The auto-update skill pins the store's ed25519 release key (fingerprint a162ff95…a7d7) and verifies versions.json.sig before trusting any version or hash; it fails closed on a missing or invalid signature or a changed key.
    • The order call is now POST /api/store/status with Authorization: Bearer; downloads only from same-host links, right away (links last 30 minutes).
    • New HARD LIMIT 15 (signed releases only). Limits 1-14 are unchanged word for word, so 2026.10.09.2 bots install this release automatically.
    • Lost-token help: reset on the store's download page with the wallet that paid.

  2. 2026.10.09.2 (2026-10-09)

    Automatic upgrades that never expire: new auto-update skill and weekly routine, signed versions.json.

    • New auto-update skill and Weekly auto-update routine: checks versions.json weekly, downloads a newer version with your order secret (kept in a masked secret store, never chat, memory or logs) and verifies its SHA-256 before installing.
    • Installs keep your settings, memories and caps. Limits can only get stricter automatically; anything that would loosen a limit or needs new permissions, accounts or connectors stops and asks you.
    • Getting-started asks whether you bought a single template or the collection; collection buyers use the collection order for every pack.
    • New HARD LIMIT 14 (self-updates only get stricter); HARD LIMIT 3 now names the one stored-secret exception (the order secret).
    • Moving from 2026.10.09.1 to 2026.10.09.2 is a one-time manual install; later versions update automatically.
    • versions.json is now signed (ed25519): versions.json.sig, public key at /templates/release-key.pub.

  3. 2026.10.09.1 (2026-10-09)

    Rebuilt desk templates and The Dune Saga Collection: HARD LIMITS first, Dune voice, Hwi Noree is now Ambassador of the Trading Desk.

    • Every numeric desk setting is now owner-set (<SET ME>) with neutral examples and safe defaults (zero loss cap until set; no leverage or margin).
    • All seven templates rebuilt: HARD LIMITS moved to the top of instructions.md and extended (zero paid-data budget, no invented numbers, borrowed and reserved cash untouched, never sell at a loss including all fees).
    • Seat limits written in for every seat; personas rewritten in the Dune voice under the Golden Path doctrine.
    • Hwi Noree is retitled Ambassador of the Trading Desk; Duncan Idaho is now the Income Base and Ticket Planner.
    • The Dune Saga Collection ($300) replaces the Full Desk: all seven templates, Leto's Secret Journals and every future template, with upgrades free forever.
    • Same-day re-release versions add .N (2026.10.09.1).

  4. 2026.10.09 (2026-10-09)

    All templates

    First Grok Bot template release: each seat is now an importable Grok Bot template.

    • New layout: profile.json, instructions.md, memories.md, skills/getting-started/SKILL.md, routines.md, SETUP.md, VERSION and CHANGELOG.md.
    • Hard limits in every template: owner's yes on each exact money movement, draft-only messages, no new accounts or API keys without approval, limit-only orders, never sell below cost, a daily realized-loss cap, no leverage or borrowing, borrowed cash untouched, and a HALT-file kill switch.
    • Getting-started skill: setup questions one at a time, then the suggested routines, plus a weekly check of the public versions.json.
    • Date-based versions; re-download the latest at /store/download/ with your order ID and token.
